Beautiful house, great location close to the main town as well as the main attractions in the west coast of the island. Would recommend!
We genuinely had the best stay in Koh Phangan, partly due the best hosts ever. Thank you Kseniia, Serhii and Kapao for providing us with the best holiday ever. I don’t even have words for the house, it’s so beautiful and a perfect place to relax with Thai nature. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and you can rent motorbikes with the hosts. If we had questions, we always got a quick reply. Overall a 10/10 experience and we’ll never forget puppy Kapao. 🐶
The hostess was super accommodating and quickly available. The moped rental was also great - no passport or deposit, and he specially arranged the handover for us at the pier, so we had no hassle. Top service, highly recommended! High-quality furnishings, and it looks just as beautiful as in the photos. Another tip: You do need a moped, because taxis are outrageously expensive.
Everything great! We would definitely book again. The host and her team were extremely friendly and helpful. Scooters were also arranged, which saved us a lot of trouble. Highly recommended!

Overall, the experience was really good. Ksenia was very pleasant! And the villa looks exactly like the pictures. The outdoor furniture wasn't the most comfortable, and the linens/towels weren't changed for us during the whole week except once when we asked. It was a bit disappointing. But other than that, the pool is amazing, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the air conditioners are good! It really was very pleasant.
We loved our stay in the villa with the fantastic pool! There was some noise from construction but we weren’t bothered.
An exceptional villa and an unforgettable stay. It’s modern, spotless, cozy, and surrounded by nature. The location offers a relaxing atmosphere. Having a scooter or car is recommended, as the beaches, restaurants, and town center are a short drive away. The host made us feel genuinely welcome, and thanks to her hospitality, we felt at home throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
The place is great, as pictured! We really enjoyed our stay :)) Kseniia was super friendly. She gave us numerous tips and always responded quickly when there were problems (e.g., with the pool or Internet). She provided our children with a lot of toys at the accommodation. That was really great :) We were not aware that the house is located in a larger complex. There is still a lot of construction work going on there at the moment, but that didn't bother us any further. However, the houses are very close to each other and are very noisy. A scooter is recommended. This gives you a great base for excursions and visiting great beaches. Overall, we can fully recommend the accommodation!
Location
The villas sit in Wok Tum, on Koh Phangan's west coast — central without being busy. Thong Sala, the island's main ferry pier and night market, is ten minutes by scooter; Sri Thanu, with its yoga studios and vegan cafés, about the same; the west-coast beaches are within fifteen.

FAQ
Where exactly are the villas located?
Both villas sit side by side in Wok Tum, a residential stretch on the west coast of Koh Phangan, Thailand — away from the party beaches. Most guests fly into Koh Samui, ferry to Thong Sala pier, then it's a 10-minute taxi or scooter ride. We send door-to-door directions once your dates are confirmed.
How far are the villas from the beach, ferry pier and airport?
Hin Kong Beach is about 5 minutes by scooter; Thong Sala — the main pier, shops and night market — is around 10, and so is Sri Thanu, with its yoga studios and cafés. Haad Yao and Haad Salad are 10–15 minutes up the west coast. Koh Phangan has no airport: most guests fly into Koh Samui, then take a 30–45 minute ferry across.
What's nearby?
Plenty within a short ride. RTF Padel Club, with three roofed courts, is a 2-minute walk inside the complex. Everything else is a scooter ride: NENA Locanda Italiana, for homemade South Italian pasta, is 3 minutes away; Bluerama, a hilltop sunset bar and restaurant, and Hin Kong Beach are 5 minutes; Sri Thanu — yoga studios, vegan cafés and Zen Beach sunsets — and Thong Sala are about 10 minutes.
Do I need a scooter or car to get around?
Wok Tum has no pavements, so a scooter is the easiest way to get around. Simplest is to rent one right at Thong Sala pier on arrival — reliable shops like Ton Bike Rent and Budget Two are steps from the ferry, from about 200–250 THB a day. Bring a valid licence and photograph the bike first. Prefer a car? Taxis and car hire are easy to arrange too.
Are the villas suitable for remote work and long stays?
Very. Both have fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every room and a full kitchen, so you can settle in for weeks. Two ensuite bedrooms and a private pool give a couple or two remote-working friends room to spread out.
Can we rent both villas together?
Yes — the two villas sit side by side, so booking both sleeps up to 8 across four bedrooms, each with its own private pool. Ideal for two families or a group of friends who want to be together but keep their own space.

Cancellation is free up to 30 days before check-in, with a full refund. The minimum stay is 2 nights, and a booking is confirmed with a single payment in full.
Where do we buy groceries?
A 7-Eleven is two minutes away by scooter and a Tops Daily minimarket is three minutes. For a bigger shop, Thong Sala is ten minutes away and has supermarkets, a fresh market and a food market every evening.
